Pacifico is a restaurant on Via della Moscova, in Milan’s most central and fashion-forward district. The brainchild of chef Jaime Pesaque, it opened in 2015 and is now one of the city’s favorite and most happening spots.
The sea and the design of a ship inspired its interiors: the entire room that faces the open kitchen is decorated with infinite variations of blue; another recalls the luxuriant atmosphere of a colorful tropical forest. Spaces are chic and refined, with Hermés wallpaper and brass details, mirrors, Fornasetti fish, sculptures and neon art pieces by Dai-Dai Tran and Abel Bentin.
The kitchen churns out ceviche, grilled platters or Nikkei-inspired dishes, and a selection of raw options spanning from sashimi to steak tartare. The Pisco Bar offers cocktails inspired by the best international mixology, while the bottom floor is dedicated to ILEGAL, a space with cutting-edge sound systems perfect for private events and musical experiments.
