The Riva Ariston “Swift II” and elegance

“One may become rich, but one is born elegant”, said Balzac.

The Riva Ariston “Swift II”, launched in 1964, was definitely born with elegance. It was a boat for rich people (not all of them truly elegant, of course), because its class and refinement did not come cheap. Its performances were outstanding as well: “Swift II” was like one of those floating flowers that no wave can ever catch, slicing through calm lakes and rough seas with the same aristocratic coolness.

The Riva Ariston “Swift II” just turned fifty, and obviously was born with the kind of true elegance that is everlasting.
