“The Pure”, salad with a clean conscience

“The Pure” salad restaurantlocated on Corso Magenta, in Milan – was born out of a close collaboration between architecture firm Nomade and Asterisco Creative Agency, who was entrusted with the venue’s graphic design, strategy and communication.

Its concept is rooted in the idea that a salad is a heavenly, pure meal that allows us to enjoy flavors with no guilt.

This message is channeled through a figure inspired by classic sacred imagery, enriched with the colors, floral details and typical poses of the Vienna Secession in a new, contemporary interpretation of the style. The reference to the “Madonnina” that symbolizes Milan is unmistakable.

“The Pure” offers salads and exotic bowls: pick from the menu or create your own recipe by mixing fresh, high quality ingredients.
