Riva del Garda: lakes, waterfalls, and suitcase

Here we are at Riva del Garda, on the northernmost corner of Lake Garda.

Its hotels are the perfect starting point to explore the local sights: the baroque Church of the Inviolata, the Olive Beach (Spiaggia degli Olivi), the Praetorian Palace with its Roman headstones, the Rocca with its drawbridge.

Not to mention the natural wonders of the area: Lenno and Ledro, the Varone falls diving from one hundred meters heigh – admired by Franz Kafka, Thomas Mann and Gabriele d’Annunzio.

It all makes for an amazing episode in our series on luggage labels, and another page in our travel log among the most beautiful places in Italy.
