Inventory: 1979-2015

The “Gianni Leone. Inventory: 1979-2015″ exhibition (which recently closed in Polignano a Mare) showcased almost forty years of beautiful works by the Bari-born intellectual and photographer.
The 115 black and white and full-color photographs – many of them on display for the first time – document his view of Bari and Apulia. They make up an invaluable collection, echoing the revolution in Italian photography sparked by the famous “Viaggio in Italia” project, which Gianni Leone launched with Luigi Ghirri and Enzo Velati in 1984, with an exhibition and book.
