Genoa Nervi

Claudia Corrent was born in Bolzano, where she currently lives and works as a freelance photographer. She has attended various photography courses and displayed her work in a number of solo shows and group exhibitions.
In 2010, she was selected to represent Alto Adige in the collective project “Voices from Italy”, which strived to present Italy’s diverse regions online through photography. This was an opportunity for her to look at her homeland, and tell the story of its beauty and complexity in a new, original way.
In the series we showcase here, she focused instead on Nervi, a peculiar residential neighborhood in Genoa.
