Cilento and its myths

Renato Cerisola shares with us his glimpses of Cilento, in Campania (province of Salerno). In this gorgeous region caught between the sea and the mountains – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – the sirens tempted Ulysses; here Palinurus, the helmsman of Aeneas, lost his way, and his life; here Jason stopped with his group of heroes in honor of Hera. And something of those mythological tales still seems to flutter in these images…
