Armchairs by Gio Ponti

Gio Ponti (Milan 1891-1979) was one of the last century’s most noteworthy architects and designers. He founded and was the director of “Domus” for many years, and complemented his architectural projects with a wide range of successful products for interior decorating.

Here is a gallery of the armchairs designed by this brilliant artist, who once said, “Love architecture because you are Italian or because you are in Italy; it is not a talent limited to the Italians, but it certainly is an Italian talent.”
