Tradition in the Dolomites at Hotel Pfoesl
Hotel Pfoesl was built at the foot of the spectacular massif of the Catinaccio and Latemar. It’s the same location where five hundred years ago there was a ‘maso’ – a typical rural house in South Tyrol. The same place where three hundred years ago a bakery was built, followed by an inn and restaurant in the 1950s.
Now it is the place where chef Markus Thurner and his team prepare innovative recipes with natural ingredients every day, and where the Pfoesl offers modern accommodation, with its fine Alpine design and tradition-tested atmosphere.
